Well-trained apprentices are the qualified staff of tomorrow.
Supporting young people and their career opportunities is extremely important, and we offer scope for personal growth and development.
We believe critically-minded team players are vital to our company. That is why we invest not only in our apprentices’ professional training but also in their personal development.
> Supplementary interdisciplinary training, language courses, the Computer Driving Licence and a programme of leisure activities optimally equip the next generation of experts for global competition and thus also ensure RHI’s future success thanks to motivated and qualified staff.
> Teambuilding is an RHI priority: outdoor activity sessions are an ideal and intensive way for staff to meet, get to know each other and grow together in a group.
> Apprentices aged 18 and over also have the chance to obtain their forklift truck or crane operating licence.
RHI is the perfect company for those looking to go even further: we also offer apprentices the chance to complete their Matura (secondary school leaving certificate).
