Change in the RHI Management Board (ad hoc)   04/22/2009

The Supervisory Board of RHI AG announces that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), 
Mr. Stefano Colombo, will terminate his Management Board mandate with effect from
28 May 2009. This decision was taken by mutual consent. The Supervisory Board would like to warmly thank Dr. Colombo for his contribution to the development of the RHI Group. His responsibilities will be taken over by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr. Thomas Fahnemann.

In addition, the Supervisory Board announces that Mr. Giorgio Cappelli and Mr. Manfred Hödl have been reappointed as members of the Management Board for three years with effect from 1 April 2009.
